How was CryptoSafe created?

After a fire, the founder lost his paper secret phrase and his ledger key. With the creation of these products, he is once again calm and knows that his assets are safe!

Where are the products manufactured?

The products are manufactured and assembled in Europe and shipped from France 🇫🇷.

What are the shipping times for your products?

We ship as quickly as possible once the order is received. Products will take 2 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

At the moment we only ship to France and Belgium. Later shipping will be open to the whole world and shipping costs will be recalculated accordingly.

Where do we ship our products from?

We are located in France near Clermont-Ferrand and so are our stocks.

Do you provide package tracking information?

Yes of course, once ordered you can track your package in real time.

I have a problem with my order?

I received a damaged item. What can I do ?

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: cryptosafefr@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.

I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay.

You can, however, trace your order and see where it is at any time.

Do I want a refund?

If you wish to receive a refund on your order, this is possible in the event that the appeal is made within 14 days following the date of receipt of the order and the product(s) concerned are not used (same condition including packaging) or on sale. The return of the products will be at your expense.
